ONLINE RETAILERS & YOUR OWN STOREFRONT

Your website. Your warehouse. The same order.

Sell on your own online store, a hosted storefront or multiple marketplaces. SAFARIONIX brings warehouse stock and fulfillment into the same operational picture, with the connection scope verified around your systems.

Give the work a shared picture.

Your customer sees one order. The team may see a storefront record, a stock spreadsheet and a support message. Keep source identity, availability and the next operational step together so the promise stays grounded in the warehouse.

01 / CONNECTED WORK

Give your own website a place

A company-owned online store can be included in the implementation scope. We assess its API or supported export, map order identifiers and statuses, and test representative data before activating the connection.

Start with the workflow you need to prove.

  1. 01

    Map the source order

Keep your storefront order identifier, line items and agreed status mapping attached.

  2. 02

    Verify the warehouse work

Follow stock availability, allocation, picking and packing checkpoints.

  3. 03

    Keep the customer context

Use the order and shipment record to investigate questions and assign the next follow-up.

A clear implementation scope.Your own website does not need to be one of the logos shown. Custom-store connectivity is assessed and scoped; a universal plug-and-play connector or two-way stock synchronization is not promised. The website demonstration uses fictional orders and illustrative channel assignments.

Questions before implementation.

Can SAFARIONIX connect to our own online store?

Yes, a company-owned storefront can be part of the agreed implementation. Its API, data exports, ownership and required workflows are assessed first. Order mapping and exception handling are configured and tested before a live connection is activated.

Do we have to sell through Shopify?

No. Shopify is one illustrated commerce source. Your own website and other storefront or marketplace systems can be discussed during scope planning; supported behavior and any custom work are agreed before activation.

Are all marketplace integrations already live?

No. Amazon, TikTok Shop and WooCommerce adapters are presented as planned, and DoorDash requires an agreed scope. The demonstration has no external account connection. Readiness and supported behavior are verified for your implementation.

Will implementation interrupt our existing operation?

We agree the rollout and responsibilities around your current workflow. Representative data, orders, roles and exception scenarios are tested, and the team is trained before the agreed activation. Specific cutover arrangements are part of your implementation plan.
