Yes. We plan the agreed implementation from workflow mapping and data preparation through configuration, testing and team training. Deliverables, responsibilities, support and any optional costs are agreed before activation.
Eligible Cloud customers pay no subscription upfront. If you continue, the first invoice includes the initial 90-day subscription fees, followed by monthly billing. If you decline within the agreed period, you owe $0 in Safarionix subscription fees and follow the agreed offboarding process. Continued use after the period constitutes acceptance and triggers billing under the signed agreement. Excluded costs are disclosed and agreed before work begins.
